Terms of Service
2. Orders and pricing
All prices are in US dollars (USD). We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to limit order quantities. We confirm your order via email within minutes of payment.
3. Shipping
Orders ship via FedEx Ground from Miami, FL within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery is 2–5 business days within the continental US. Free shipping applies to orders over $50 before tax.
4. Returns
Coffee is a perishable, food-grade product. We accept returns only when the product is defective or arrives damaged. Email a photo to hello@javierpereira.coffee within 7 days and we will refund or replace at no charge.
5. Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions ship on the first business day of each month. You can pause or cancel anytime from your email confirmation link. Cancellations after the monthly cutoff (the 25th) take effect the following month.
6. Liability
We make our coffee with care, but we do not guarantee fitness for any particular purpose beyond enjoyment as a beverage. Our maximum liability for any claim is the amount you paid for the relevant order.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, FL.
