2. What we collect
When you place an order: your name, email, phone, shipping address, and payment information (processed by Stripe — we never store your card number). When you subscribe to the newsletter: your email only. When you browse: anonymous analytics (page views, device type), no personal identifiers.
3. How we use it
We use your data only to fulfill your order, send you order confirmations and shipping updates, respond to your messages, and — if you opt in — send you our monthly newsletter. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.
4. Service providers
We rely on Stripe (US payments), Wompi (Colombia payments), Resend (transactional email), Vercel (hosting), and Supabase (database). Each of these has its own privacy policy and is bound by contract to protect your data.
5. Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time. Email us at hello@javierpereira.coffee and we will respond within 30 days.
6. Cookies
We use a small set of cookies to remember your country and language preference and to maintain your cart between visits. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
